Is there a cancellation or late fee?
Yes. We require 24 hours’ notice for all appointment changes.
You may cancel, reschedule, or move your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.
If you need to make a change within 24 hours of your appointment, please call the clinic directly so we can notify your provider and determine whether the appointment time can be filled.
A $50 late cancellation/rescheduling fee applies to appointments changed with less than 24 hours’ notice.
A $50 no-show fee applies if you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not contacted us in advance.
Do you require a deposit for consultations?
We require a $50.00 deposit for consultations for all new clients.
The deposit will go towards your first treatment and would only be charged if there is a no-show or late cancellation.
Is there downtime after treatments?
Most treatments have minimal to no downtime.
We’ll provide specific aftercare instructions based on your procedure.
